Not exactly sure if your computer is worth fixing?  Have you had your kids and friends all looked at it and no-one is exactly sure what's wrong with your computer.  We can tell you exactly what's wrong with your computer without the guesswork.  If the repair is too expensive for you, your only out thirty five bucks.  Running an extensive hard drive test will cost another five dollars.  This covers dead components and does cover intermittent problems.

Operating System Re-install  $135
Make your computer new again.  Actually better than new.  You computer will be completely erased and Windows will be re-installed.  All of the Windows critical updates and service packs will be installed.  We will also install Anti-virus software and Anti-Spyware software to help prevent future problems.  We also install software to help you quickly and easily remove temporary Internet files where virus's and Spyware can hide.  We will optimize all of your Windows settings so your computer will run faster than when it was brand new. The best part of this service is when you pickup your computer we will show you how to run these utilities.  We will perform full software and hardware diagnostics and your computer will be cleaned inside and out.

Data Recovery  $159 -   (only $65 with OS-Reinstall)
You never backed up your pictures or your business data and now your data is in danger.  Perhaps you formatted you cameras memory card with you vacation pictures on it.  Don't sweat it, we can retrieve your data in most cases and transfer it onto a CD or DVD.  In certain cases, additional charges may apply to recover all data.

Computer Checkup  $69
Just like your car, your PC needs regular maintenance to keep it running smoothly. If your computer is running smoothly but you just want to have us perform routine preventative maintenance on your system, drop on by.  We will perform full hardware and software diagnostics.  We will update your antivirus and antispyware software and do two complete scans for viruses and Spyware .  We will also install critical Windows® updates and performs our complete system optimization and clean your computer inside and out.  You should have this done at least once a year to keep your computer running tip top.  If we do uncover virus's or Spyware you will occur additional charges.

Device Repair  $89
If a malfunctioning video card, modem, motherboard, digital camera or other device is driving you crazy, let us help. Just bring you malfunctioning device into our shop and we will repair your malfunctioning device.  We will also perform a full hardware and software diagnostics and clean your computer inside and out.

Advanced Laptop Repair  $249

Plus, we’ll keep you extra safe by configuring your computer settings and installing all of the latest patches and updates to plug security holes.

Data Migration  $159
So you upgraded your technology and got a new PC, but you don’t want to lose all of the documents and files on your old system. No problem. RSR Tech can seamlessly transfer all of the data you want to keep from your old computer onto your new one. Or if it’s PC-to-laptop (or to a storage device for back-up) migration you need, we do that, too. Just bring your components into the nearest RSR Tech Store and an Technician will take care of the job. And not to worry–you’ll get a complete explanation of how to access your data that’s been moved.

Insurance Damage Estimate  $129
When disaster strikes at the office, we can assess the damages and ensure that you get the right value for your computer equipment from the insurance company. Just bring your damaged PCs to your local RSR Tech Store and have the Technicians evaluate the situation.

Computer Disposal Fee  $35
Junk man won't take you computer?  Drop it off and we will dispose of it properly.
